Made it to Cairo a few hours ago. The last 3 days have been a blur as I've spent each night aboard either a plane or bus sleeping upright.
Also, I may be posting fewer pictures for the next few weeks as my laptop cpu fan called it quits. Great job, Lenovo. Getting support for it in Africa is going to be hard. May have to wait till I get to India.
The good news is tomorrow I visit the pyramids at Giza in the morning, then back to the city proper for some logistics (laundry mostly). Clean clothes; I can't wait.

ReplyDeleteWell, laptop started working again yesterday, strangely enough. The fan is spinning up at least. Maybe it will work till I get to India where a fix should be easier.
